Based on current information from NYS, it appears that we will be able to reopen our office on or about June 16th. To that end, we have been working endlessly, acquiring all of the necessary technology, PPE and other products to ensure the safety of you, our patients, our staff and our families.
Over the coming days, Laura, my office manager, will attempt to call every patient. She will, at that time, review everything we have been doing over the last 10 weeks. There will be significant changes in procedures, office visits etc to make sure we follow all CDC/OSHA regulations and guidelines.
2 days before your appointment you will need to complete the COVID-19 Patient Screening Form. It can be found here. CLICK HERE.
You can also complete it on your cellphone as well. Just take a picture of this QR code, open the form and Submit.
You can find additional information about the OSHA/CDC Guidelines on our website. CLICK HERE.
She will also make sure that we have your current email and mobile phone numbers. This information is critical in order to maintain effective communication for scheduling and will enable us to disseminate the most current information available.
In the near future, we will be establishing a HIPPA compliant teledentistry format so that you can request some time to talk with us personally. This will be on an appointment basis only for the time being but will be available anytime you feel the need in the future.
Finally, many of you either have never had dental insurance or will be losing that insurance due to a loss of employment or a change in your employer's health insurance policy. To the end, we have created a very exciting Membership Program. Membership is voluntary but has been designed to make sure that you can avail yourselves of the necessary dental health you want and deserve and to do so at substantial savings.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us at any time. We will get through this crisis together and hopefully come out of it stronger than ever before. Please stay safe, love your family and we hope to see you very soon.
